Ingredients
2 bananas
½ avocado
1 kiwifruit
2 generous handfuls of spinach
1 cup filtered water
1 cup sugar-free apple juice
1 cup filtered water
1 tsp spirulina
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a bender and process until smooth. Add more water to thin if needed.
