My Journey
For as long as I can remember, I struggled with my weight, depression, insomnia, fatigue, and even fertility challenges. I tried countless fad diets, losing weight only to gain it back again - and more. In my early twenties, I finally decided I wanted more than a cycle of frustration. I wanted true, lasting health.
That’s when I saw a nutritionist who introduced me to the concept of Glycaemic Load and the inspiring work of Patrick Holford. From there, I was hooked - reading, researching, and experimenting with healthier ways of living. My passion eventually led me to study nutrition formally, and in 2019, I graduated with a Diploma in Nutrition from Wellpark College of Natural Therapies in New Zealand.
Wellness isn’t a straight line - it’s a journey. I’m constantly learning, growing, and figuring out how to stay balanced through life’s curveballs. Along the way, I’ve discovered the importance of self-acceptance, compassion, and meeting yourself where you’re at.
What excites me most is that health and nutrition are always evolving. There’s no single plan that works for everyone - your path is unique, and you get to decide what feels right for you. My role is to support you with guidance, encouragement, and practical tools so you can create habits that truly fit your life.
