Ingredients
For the wreath
4 to 5 kiwifruit peeled and sliced
2 cups green grapes
1 to 2 cups strawberries hulled and halved
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
A handful of edible gold coated chocolate beads. If you cannot find gold beads, use white or dark chocolate drops or grate your favourite chocolate over the top
For the centre dip
1 bowl natural Greek-style coconut yoghurt
Extra berries and a small mint sprig for garnish
Preparation
Prepare your serving plate Use a large round platter. Place the small bowl of coconut yoghurt in the centre to guide your wreath shape.
Build the base Arrange the kiwifruit slices in a ring around the yoghurt bowl. This creates a green base that helps the wreath look full and balanced.
Layer the fruit Scatter the green grapes over the kiwifruit layer. Follow with the strawberries, raspberries and blackberries. Try to alternate colours so the wreath looks bright and even.
Add the garnish Tuck mint sprigs throughout the wreath to give a fresh, leafy pop. Add the gold chocolate beads, or your chosen alternative chocolate option, for a touch of festive sparkle.
Finish the centre bowl Garnish the yoghurt with a couple of berries and a mint leaf to bring everything together visually.
Serve immediately The wreath is at its best when fruit is fresh, cool and crisp.
